    Integrated Project in Computer Engineering and Applications aims to integrate the knowledge acquired throughout the course through the development of a practical project. Students will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a software application, from requirements analysis to final delivery. The course promotes the application of software engineering best practices and provides a simulation of a real development environment.

    OA1. Provide students with basic knowledge of project management, enabling them to successfully complete a project with the complexity of a final-year project. OA2. Learn how to conduct bibliographic research and, under the supervision and guidance of the advisor, execute their project.

    The course will consist of a theoretical component, delivered in the form of lectures, and a tutorial guidance component where students will meet with faculty members responsible for the subjects most directly related to the projects to be undertaken. The definition of the projects can be proposed by the faculty or by the students. Project approval must be granted by the course coordinator to ensure feasibility within the given time constraints and to maintain uniform difficulty levels.
