  • MetodologiaMethodology
Problem-Based Learning (PBL) – How does it work? Students receive real or fictional cases related to data breaches, cybercrimes, or challenges in the application of the GDPR, for example. Based on these scenarios, they must research, discuss, and present legal and technical solutions. Practical example: A phishing case that resulted in the theft of personal data → students analyze legal responsibilities, applicable sanctions, and mitigation measures. Investigation of a ransomware attack → how should companies proceed regarding notification to authorities (CNPD) and what are the rights of data subjects?
