    This curricular unit aims to foster understanding and critical analysis of the influences of organizational, group, and individual variables in determining behavior within an organizational context. The main objective is the analysis and critical evaluation of organizational intervention strategies in the domains of leadership, organizational culture, ethical environments, conflict management, and communication.

    Critically analyze the challenges of human capital management in organizations; Distinguish the different dimensions and challenges of organizational behavior; Differentiate between various types of leadership and their impact on organizational behavior; Understand different organizational intervention strategies across various domains of organizational behavior.
