  The Curricular Unit of Adult Nursing has the specific purpose of ensuring that students acquire a solid scientific, technical, human and cultural formation in the medical-surgical field that enables them to:   Exercise their professional practice in accordance with the ethical, deontological and legal frameworks; Act in accordance with the fundamentals of care delivery and management; Contribute to health promotion; Use the Nursing Process; Establish effective communication and interpersonal relationships Promote a safe environment; Promote interprofessional health care; Value yourself professionally.

  1. Adult nursing interventions | family with specific medical changes, namely in the digestive tract; respiratory; cardiovascular; urinary and renal; immune system; endocrinological; hematological; central nervous and musculoskeletal reproducer; 2. Adult Nursing Interventions | family in specific surgical situations, namely in the digestive tract; respiratory; cardiovascular; urinary and renal; immune system; endocrinological; hematological; central nervous and musculoskeletal reproducer; 3. Nursing interventions related to the management of signs and symptoms and their impact on self-care, safety, emotional control and reintegration into the adult community.
• ObjectivosObjectives

  Understand the ethical-deontological principles underlying nursing interventions in the adult client. Integrate and apply the knowledge of Medical-Surgical Nursing in the corresponding Clinical Training Unit and later. Knowing the nursing focus on the adult client with changes in the different body systems. Analyze the necessary data to be able to elaborate Nursing Diagnoses. Identify and mobilize resources for nursing interventions. Use available scientific evidence. Understand the need for adult client preparation | family for nursing intervention. Understand the need to comply with the adult customer response | family to the situation experienced. Understand the need for evaluation of nursing interventions. Analyze the tools needed to evaluate the effectiveness of care.
