Ballistics Elements

Forensic and Criminal Laboratory
  • ApresentaçãoPresentation
Ballistics is one of the main disciplines within laboratorial forensic sciences, considering its several applications as a scientific support to judicial decision making. Its versatility as a part of General Physics, along with its interdisciplinarity with Chemistry and how it complements the study of impacts, marks and trauma, justify its relevance within the forensic field. The Ballistics Elements Curricular Unit aims to provide students with the necessary bases from which students may understand and perform analyses and investigations relative to this area of knowledge.
