Communication Techniques

  This course is intended to introduce the student to the study of the most relevant aspects of communication, its different techniques, intervention and conflict analysis. The different forms of intervention and the different contexts in which they apply will be studied.

  1. Communicative process: communicational process models 2. Communication techniques in public oral presentations and written communication. 3. Computer tools for slide construction. 4. Search in internet browsers. 5. Text editor.
• ObjectivosObjectives

  At the end of the course unit the learner is expected to be able to: 1. Demonstrate effective oral / written communication skills. 2. Demonstrate skills in structuring and presenting an oral presentation. 3. Demonstrate skills in structuring and reporting. 4. Demonstrate ability to work in groups. 5. Search in internet browsers using advanced search options.
