    It aims to prepare students to know Portuguese and European corporate law. Know how to distinguish the specifics of legal commercial relationships. Knowing how to distinguish commercial relations from civil relations and contracts Enable students to know the main parameters of the legislation of commercial companies and the process applied to commercial companies and traders, as well as basic notions of the process in the Commercial Courts.
