  • MetodologiaMethodology
Given the specific nature of this course unit, which focuses on clinical education, the activities undertaken in clinical practice settings provide a valuable opportunity for supervised reflection in and on action. In line with the institution's educational principles, this pedagogical strategy promotes the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience, thereby contributing to the acquisition and consolidation of the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values essential to professional practice. In Nursing education, progressive immersion in real healthcare settings is particularly relevant, as it fosters the development of critical thinking, autonomy, responsibility, and ethical, safe, and evidence-based professional practice.
