    This course utilizes student-centered active learning methodologies, promoting the practical application of management concepts. It employs case studies, problem-solving, simulations, and group work, stimulating critical thinking and decision-making. Digital tools are also used and, whenever appropriate, approaches such as problem-based learning and flipped classroom are employed, reinforcing the connection between theory and practice.
