It also aims to prepare for literacy in the area of ¿¿illustration for comics, with the acquisition of knowledge about the history of comics and cartoons in Portugal and abroad. It encourages Project-Based Learning, with tasks being assigned to be investigated, providing students with explanatory statements with the assessment criteria. These projects can be carried out collaboratively or individually, promoting the registration of existing comic and cartoon genres, and their transformation into proposals linked to design, cinema, advertising, and technical illustration.
