  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The aim is to develop students' technical knowledge, critical reasoning, analytical reasoning, critical thinking, teamwork and communication skills through the combined effect of teaching methodology, assessment methodology and program content. These will seek to contribute to achieving the following Learning Objectives (LO): LO1 - Identify the conceptual body in human resources management; LO2 - Explain the conceptual body on strategic vision, planning, recruitment and selection, and organizational integration and retention; LO3 - Appropriately and correctly apply technical knowledge; LO4 - Interpret and examine issues and situations in Human Resources Management; LO5 - Analyze problems and present solutions for practical cases.
