    The Curricular Unit aims to enable the student to design, implement equipment with electrical and electronic devices and with microcontrollers. In particular, it aims to develop skills to master solutions based on electronic digital control, in order to add efficiency or improve costs.

    CP1. Use knowledge of the modules of the study cycle in the analysis of a practical application of the acquired knowledge CP2 Seek guidance from professors of other disciplines integrated into the project CP3. Solution design, component selection, supplier choices CP4 Construction of the solution, corrections with tutoring from the teacher of this discipline CP5. Performance evaluation, by block and overall, of the work carried out CP6. Project report editing, gathering data and reviews, annotated at each step

    OA1. Analysis of possible practical applications, with the knowledge already acquired OA2. Knowing limits, developing creativity in prospecting for up-to-date technical solutions OA3. Convert ideas into prototypes, involving cost and usability analysis OA4. Develop the ability to assess inaccuracies and inadequacies, in order to resolve, redo and revert all of these to acquired experiences

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    The teaching methodologies are based on two aspects, namely: Theoretical-practical classes: Interactive method, using a board and pen and computer/internet/projector, interspersed with situations of dialogue with students aimed at developing solutions, critical thinking and the ability to formulate concepts. Practical classes: Complementing the guidelines given in the initial classes, while students try to solve problems on their own, discussion of possible solutions, presentation of a final solution. Most classes in electronics lab. The assessment comprises: pre-project, presentation and a complementary opportunity to correct errors under guardianship, with limited improvement in grades.
