ApresentaçãoPresentationIn newly constructed buildings or those undergoing renovations, the installation of telecommunications infrastructure is mandatory. These facilities are regulated by the ITED Manual, issued by ANACOM. The objective of this course is to equip students with knowledge of the rules that must be followed in the design and installation of ITED. Students must learn to solve the problems that arise during the physical installation of ITED in the topography of various types of buildings, which are generally different and require tailored solutions. Therefore, the practical component of the project is essential. On the other hand, the construction of the ITED is also important in ensuring the project's objectives and directing the various tasks to be performed according to "good practice." Here, the practical component is equally important.

ObjectivosObjectives- Have basic knowledge of copper, coaxial, and fiber optic transmission. - Understand the generic architecture of an ITED and its adaptation to buildings. - Generously identify the materials to be used in a project in catalogs, considering functional and environmental aspects. - Have basic knowledge of network design and registration tools, as part of ITED project development. - Know and apply the rules of the ITED Manual. - Understand the activities involved in installing an ITED, including installing materials, connecting network cables, connecting coaxial cables, installing antennas, and connecting fiber optic cables. - Understand the activities involved in testing and certifying the various elements of an ITED.
