    The teaching of Pharmacotherapy involves the development of knowledge that allows the proper use of medicines in different pathological situations.   The student must be able to understand, explain and discuss the use of the most representative drugs in the treatment of various pathologies and also to understand and explain the technical and scientific principles of an effective, correct and rational therapeutic selection.

Antibiotics for surgical prophylaxis 1.4. Treatment and prevention of pressure sores and wounds 1.5. Acute and chronic renal failure 1.6. Upper gastrointestinal tract disorders 1.7.   • ObjectivosObjectives
    Technically Provide the students with scientific knowledge on drug therapy administered in the hospital and community pharmacy. - Identifying and characterizing drug according to the drug pharmacotherapeutic classification in force; - Identify pharmacological actions, adverse reactions, interactions, precautions and dosing regimens of drugs under study; - Interpret therapeutic prescriptions.
