ApresentaçãoPresentationThis practical training is intended to provide trainees with the development of skills and competences in the field of community pharmacy; allow the application in a work context of the technical and scientific knowledge acquired during the course; create the opportunity to get in touch with the organization and the business reality in order to develop work habits and a sense of responsibility. In this perspective, the internship represents a professional experience for the student, duly supervised and guided, in a real work context.

ObjectivosObjectivesAdapting the methods of operation and organizational aspects of Community Pharmacy;- Apply the methods of planning and stock management of medicines and health products;- Apply merchandising techniques;- Know how to perform the various pharmaceutical reimbursement systems, price marking and verification of prescriptions;- Taking part in educational activities for health;- Correctly interpret the prescription, proceeding correctly remission of prescription drugs;- Educate patients about the therapeutic indications, dosage, contraindications, precautions, adverse reactions and drug interactions of all medications;- Determine the biochemical and physiological parameters, such as measuring blood glucose, cholesterolemia, triglyceridaemia, and the measurement of blood pressure;- Reveal ethical and deontological attitudes inherent to the profession;- Demonstrate good communication with colleagues and clients
