ApresentaçãoPresentationCurricular Unit (CU) of interest in the area of safety in buildings (SB). Its objective is to approach the topics of passive and active safety, within the scope of study progression in the area of SB. This curricular unit addresses cross-cutting topics related to the safety of people and buildings, such as: organization of security; firefighting systems; evacuation paths; means of early warning and detection. The topics covered provide general knowledge of the implementation of self-protection measures.
