    Students will learn about strategic concepts applied to new companies and how to apply them to business internationalization. Provide students with knowledge about the impacts of digitization on the strategic development of new businesses and the transformation of business processes on a global scale. Students will learn through examples of how strategy is at the heart of the development of a business plan, how the plan gives expression and is articulated with the value proposition and the business model. How to prepare a Business Plan, what are its fundamental components and what are its objectives
