ApresentaçãoPresentationThe Strategic Management course aims to provide students with a solid understanding of the fundamentals, models, and practices of strategic management. It covers internal and external business environment analysis, as well as the formulation, implementation, and control of strategy. In a global context marked by innovation, sustainability, and uncertainty, the course develops critical thinking by combining theory and practice. It integrates the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging business decisions that promote economic growth (SDG 8), equality (SDG 5), innovation (SDG 9), responsible consumption (SDG 12), and climate action (SDG 13). The methodology includes real case studies, scientific articles, and strategic planning projects, fostering an integrated and sustainable view of management.

ObjectivosObjectivesUnderstand the conceptual and analytical foundations of strategic management, including the processes of analysis, formulation, implementation, and control. Identify and apply strategic models and tools to organizational contexts, considering competition, regulation, and market trends. Critically analyze the external (macro and micro) environment and internal resources using established methodologies. Integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into strategic thinking, promoting sustainability-oriented decisions. Develop the ability to make informed and reasoned decisions in uncertain contexts. Work in teams to design strategic plans, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication. Interpret relevant scientific literature, fostering autonomy and a sustainable strategic vision.
