    The Internship course unit aims to provide students with practical experience in Digital Marketing within a business environment, under both academic and company supervision. During the mandatory 650-hour internship, students must comply with the applicable Internship Regulations, attend tutorial sessions scheduled by the academic supervisor, and participate in monitoring meetings with the company supervisor. At the end of the internship, students are required to prepare, present, and defend an internship report.

    The syllabus of this course unit is structured around three main components: The set of activities and tasks carried out by the student in the workplace, agreed upon by the company supervisor and the academic supervisor and formalised in the Training Plan. Tutorial supervision sessions aimed at monitoring the progress of the internship and providing guidance to the student. Thematic sessions supporting the preparation of the Final Internship Report, covering technical and scientific work methodologies, academic writing standards, and procedures for the presentation and defence of the report.
  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The internship aims to put into practice, complement, and develop, in a specialized way, the knowledge, skills, and competencies acquired throughout the course, constituting an instrument of preparation for entry into the job market. It also allows students to develop their capacity for initiative, organization, responsibility, and teamwork, as well as the tools necessary for the preparation of technical and scientific reports, such as the Internship Report.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    The assessment of this course unit is based on the following components: Internship Report, demonstrating the student's learning progress, critical reflection on the activities undertaken, and the results achieved (50%). Professional performance in the workplace, assessed on the basis of the completion of the activities defined in the Training Plan and the evaluation provided by the company supervisor (30%). Oral presentation and defence of the Internship Report before an examination panel, conducted online (20%). Students are expected to undertake workplace-based activities aligned with the learning objectives and competencies defined in the programme curriculum. Attendance at tutorial sessions organised by the academic supervisor and participation in monitoring meetings with the company supervisor are mandatory. The internship must be completed on a continuous basis and may not be interrupted or carried out intermittently without prior approval from the Programme Director
