The conference promotes discussion on pedagogical innovation in Higher Education, reflecting on quality and institutional impact
Pedagogical transformation in Portuguese Higher Education is currently at a particularly significant moment, driven by the structural investments of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and by the creation of Centres of Excellence and collaborative interinstitutional projects.
On 25th of May, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, the conference aims to provide a space for critical reflection, the sharing of evidence, and the development of future agendas, bringing together experiences developed within projects funded by the PRR (namely the INOVEDU and CECAM consortia) dedicated to the renewal of pedagogical practices, the digitalisation of teaching, the promotion of academic success, and the pedagogical training of teaching staff.
In a context of growing demands regarding the quality, equity, and social relevance of Higher Education, it is essential to discuss not only innovation as an experimental practice, but above all its institutionalisation, sustainability, and systemic impact.
Objectives
- To promote the dissemination and critical analysis of pedagogical innovation projects funded by the PRR in Portugal.
