The new Workshop Series for Students begins on 29 October and covers topics such as time management, study methods, and mental health.
Programme
29 October | Time and Priority Management
Time management and setting priorities are important factors for personal, academic, and professional success. Developing strategies in these areas is crucial, as it allows us to achieve our goals with less effort and consequently ensures a better quality of life. In this session, we will explore strategies for organisation and prioritisation that will help make our daily activities easier across different areas of life.
Studying is an essential condition for academic success and knowledge acquisition. For that, an organised method is crucial—one with objectives, planning, and appropriate methodology and techniques—to achieve good results. Come and discover ways and methods to organise your study effectively in a session designed to motivate you towards academic success.
17 December | Shall We Talk About Mental Health?
In this awareness session, we will address the topic of mental health, focusing on protective and risk factors, warning signs, the most common disorders, and the stigma surrounding help-seeking. It will be a space for sharing and learning, aimed at promoting a greater understanding of mental health.
All sessions are available at two different times: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm or 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
