Meeting promotes academic exchange and European collaboration
IPLUSO welcomed representatives from seven Austrian vocational schools, accompanied by a representative from the Austrian Ministry of Education, as part of efforts to strengthen international cooperation in higher and vocational education.
The delegation was received at the School of Engineering and Technologies (EET), where they had the opportunity to explore the laboratory facilities, ongoing projects in the fields of Engineering, Technologies and Innovation, as well as the pedagogical model adopted. The visit was led by Professors Andreia Rosatella and Luis Pires, who presented the school’s main areas of activity, technological laboratories, and current research and development initiatives.
The main objective of the meeting was to explore partnership opportunities within the Erasmus+ programme, promoting student and staff mobility, the development of joint projects, and the sharing of academic and scientific best practices.
This initiative reinforces IPLUSO’s internationalisation strategy, strengthening connections with European institutions and creating new opportunities for academic and technological cooperation.
