Professor Hélia Bracons took part in an intercultural and interreligious dialogue session at IPLUSO, promoting inclusion, citizenship, and diversity.

On 27 May, IPLUSO hosted another session of the “Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue Circles: Listen, Understand, Live Together”, an initiative developed within the framework of the CLAIM – Local Support Centre for the Integration of Migrants. The activity included the participation of Professor Hélia Bracons, who joined this moment of reflection and exchange on the challenges of diversity and intercultural coexistence.

Held in person, the session brought together students and faculty members in a space dedicated to intercultural and interreligious dialogue, promoting active listening, mutual understanding, and respect for cultural and religious diversity.

The participation of Professor Hélia Bracons helped enrich the discussion on inclusion, citizenship, and integration, key themes in building more cohesive and inclusive communities. The meeting also highlighted the importance of collaborative work and cooperation between institutions, professionals, and the wider community in addressing the challenges arising from growing social and cultural diversity.

Through initiatives of this kind, IPLUSO reinforces its commitment to promoting dialogue, intercultural understanding, and the appreciation of diversity, providing its academic community with opportunities for learning, reflection, and active participation in the construction of a more inclusive society.
