The course aims to provide training in education and the evaluation of local policies. As is well known, in Portugal the responsibility of municipalities in the field of education has increased significantly. The decentralization and territorialization of education policies have given greater importance to the intervention of municipalities in education. With this in mind, this course aims to provide training that promotes an understanding of the importance of education and the evaluation of local policies. The aim is to bring schools and local communities together to tackle some of the common problems.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to: - Understand the importance of Education and the Evaluation of Local Policies; - Evaluate the role of municipalities in the construction of education policies; - Be able to mobilize schools and local communities to address some of the problems affecting students;
