The mastery of these technologies allows students to prepare for the teaching and manipulation of various materials, techniques and tools associated with fine arts.

ProgramaProgrammeIntroduction to various materials and techniques. Development of several practical projects. Scratching materials. Drawing and painting. Construction of figures and objects on paper. Painting on three-dimensional and two-dimensional objects. Drawing on Scratchboard. Experiments with various types of materials. Cut and glue. Manipulation and exploration of moldable materials. Construction of figures and objects in paper and modeling paste.

ObjectivosObjectivesLearn and know how to correctly apply the various techniques and forms of fine art expression. Understand the value of fine art expression as an artistic and educational language. Develop techniques and methodologies that stimulate creativity, critical and aesthetic sense; learn the sense of composition, color and expression. Understand and know the characteristics of each material and how to adapt it to the appropriate supports. Know how to distinguish the different types of language in fine art. Follow correct ways of working; organization and planning of the various projects.

MetodologiaMethodologyThis course adheres to a continuous assessment method. Through both expository and active teaching approaches, students will be introduced to various materials, tools, and work processes. Throughout the semester, a set of practical exercises will be conducted, along with a final work project, in which students are expected to apply and demonstrate the skills and knowledge acquired. The presentation of the course content will be facilitated through PowerPoint projections, aiming for more effective audiovisual learning. As a supplement to exercises and projects, additional educational resources will be made available on the Moodle platform. – 11% - Each in-class exercise, totaling 8 exercises (88%). – 12% - Attendance, independent work, and activities for integration and curricular enrichment. Factors considered in the assessment include: the applicability of the technical skills acquired, as well as the quality and creativity demonstrated in exercises and projects.
