    The question of multicultural communication arises on several levels. In the large area of tourism, students face communication challenges that will also be a reality in the context of future professional practices. The learning path itself and the whole communication process involve a cultural dimension relevant to the success of the learning and communication itself that is urgent to know. The awareness of this cultural dimension prepares for the application of communication techniques and strategies, core competencies for an adequate communicative practice.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    The expositive method will be used in theoretical classes with collective participation in the (re)construction of concepts and in the analysis of varied information. In practical classes, the development of reflections, presentation and discussion before the collective, of synthesis works with practical cases. Regarding the regime of continuous evaluation, the following methods will be used: Written work with face-to-face defense (50%); Final Frequency (30%). Continuous evaluation (20%). In the regime of evaluation by final exam, the final grade to be attributed to the student corresponds to the grade obtained in the respective Final Exam.
