Experiences Portfolio III

Pre-school Education and Primary School Teaching
  • ApresentaçãoPresentation
With this unit it is intended that the student, autonomously, build a personal and professional path of responsibility, parallel to the academic course that is "imposed", giving wings to his capacity for entrepreneurship and creativity. This curricular unit is a continuation of the previous unit, maintaining the initial objectives, but being able, according to the experiences and practices, to be changed in its dynamics.
  • ProgramaProgramme
The purpose of this unit is to value and support the autonomous course of the students, formally recognizing their proactivity in experiences lived outside the context of face-to-face classes and in contact with teachers. Following a flexible curriculum orientation, content is not (and can not be) predetermined. In this sense, the contents emerge from the students' experiences in situations such as: participation in scientific or educational events, accompaniment of educational projects, visits to historical and cultural equipment with a clear aim of learning or teaching experience, participation in courses, other curricular units courses, volunteering, national and international exchanges, or other activity not foreseen in this program.
  • ObjectivosObjectives
    - Define and build an autonomous learning pathway in situations and contexts complementary to those of the formal academic curriculum, - Develop follow-up and / or intervention projects in social, community, sports, educational and cultural contexts, throughout the course, under the guidance of a teacher. - Develop interaction skills, creativity and sustainability. - Develop proactive and solidarity attitudes.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
At the beginning of the course, each student will be assigned to a tutor who will support their individual follow-up or action projects. The student will prepare a portfolio, in each semester, that will be object of qualitative evaluation by the guides of IPLUSO and the pedagogical practice.
