ObjectivosObjectivesFamiliarize yourself with issues pertaining to the general principles of law applicable in the context of forensic sciences. In particular, the probative system will also be dealt with in the Portuguese legal system, followed by a deepening of the most relevant and current issues within the various branches of law in which there is a greater approximation and intersection with technical sciences ancillary to law.

MetodologiaMethodologyIn this curricular unit, the Team-based learning (TBL) methodology is used, with tasks carried out in small groups, allowing the development of the ability to analyze and apply theoretical concepts. In practical classes, the student has prior access to the activities that will be carried out in each class session, which allows for prior reading and preparation. Class session plans are accompanied by a set of questions, to ensure individual preparation, and later discussion of procedures and results.
