ApresentaçãoPresentationThis UC is divided into two areas of activity: Introduction to Law and Business Law (with special focus on labor and corporate law issues). At the level of Introduction to Law It is intended that students obtain a transversal view of Law and the various branches that it constitute. With the transmission of general notions and the explanation of the entire legislative process It is intended that students have the ability to understand/interpret legal norms. It is also intended to encourage, based on the practical case, the ability to reflect. At the level of the Law of The aim of the work is for students to acquire general notions regarding the integral parts of the relationship labor (private and public), the main rights and duties and also the elements and vicisstudies of the Employment Contract. In corporate law, the types of business companies, the responsibility, the rights and duties of partners and managers and also the organization of the various types of societies.
