ObjectivosObjectivesThis curricular unit aims to provide students with a theoretical and practical framework fundamental to the understanding of human behavior from a psychological and social point of view in an organization. It is also intended to analyze and interpret the various techniques for approaching human behavior, in order to promote the ability to understand the different realities and, consequently, understand the practices leading to the improvement of contexts.

MetodologiaMethodologyPriority is given to the use of the expository method and active methodologies in situations in which it is intended to involve students, through their participation, in the themes addressed. Curriculum evaluation will be carried out through a written test and a practical work with oral presentation, in accordance with the timetable and syllabus of the CU.
