    Develop skills to establish the diffe rential diagnosis, treating and preventing neuromusculoskeletal disorders and other changes. - Provide tools to properly interpret any further examination of skeletal muscle neurodiagnostic and apply the osteopathic manual techniques adapted to each clinical case. - Encourage osteopathic principles and concepts of biomedica l and basic sciences, including scientific evidence in clinical practice in an informed and justifiably in osteopathic treatment ; - Develop communication and interaction skills that enable, effectively m anaging the relationship with patients and other health professionals. - Develop skills to analyze the in dications and contraindications for the osteopathic treatment.

The intervention of the Techniques osteopathic in dysfunctions. 1.8. Discussion of clinical cases.
  • ObjectivosObjectives
    - Transmit a comprehensive knowledge of the detailed osteopathic dysfunctions ; - Know and understand the different systems and their functionality , the signs and symptoms ; - Know the process of Osteopathic evaluation within a differential diagnosis; - To acquire a knowledge base that can be used in clinical practice. - Get knowledge in Uro-Gynecological and Obstetric osteopathy. - Know and understand the functioning of the system, descriptive and topographical. - Demonstrate knowledge of the process of Medical Assessment and osteopathic within differential diagnosis, and specificity of expression of osteopathic reasoning. - Show knowledge in conducting the evaluation process, correctly performing the tests and diagnostic tests for every situation. - Properly interpret test results and evidence included in the osteopathic assessment process.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    Expositive, demonstrative, participative and problem-solving. The unit can be effected by continuous assessment or final evaluation. The final classification (FC) curricular unit for continuous evaluation is obtained from the marks obtained in the written component (T) and the practical component (PL). The written component consists of two written tes ts and is on theoretical and theoretical-practical content. The minimum grade in each frequency is 8 values. The practical component consists of two moments of practical assessment conducted during the practical classes, must be equal to or greater than 9.5. The final grade is calculated from the following formula: CF = 0.50 T + 0.50 PL. The classification of all assessment instruments is expressed on a scale of 0 to 20, and the weighted value of the marks obtained must be equal or greater than 9.5 values.
