  • ObjectivosObjectives
    The UC is intended to provide students with a knowledge in the studies of the forms of connection existing in the Administration, as well as in-depth knowledge of the legal relationship of public employment, namely the way of constitution, management and extinction. Thus, this UC aims to: 1. Know the notions of civil servant. 2. Legal regime for public employment. 3. General principles on public employment. 4. Analysis of the General Law of Workers in Public Functions. 5. Analysis of the labor code institutes applicable to workers in public functions. 6. Check knowledge in the areas of law that enable students to perform functions in senior management of national, international or European public administration. 7. To provide an adequate balance between transversal and specialized knowledge, through the understanding of heterogeneous realities that mark the institutional and functional complexity, in the public and private universe of the administration.
