Students of the Degree in Basic Education explore contemporary art, memory and temporality during a guided visit to the Pavilhão Branco
On 19 December, the Integration of Expressive Practices session of the Degree in Basic Education took place through a guided visit to the exhibition at the Pavilhão Branco: "O tempo maior que o tempo" by Paula Prates and Rita Gaspar Vieira.
The works on display embrace "the ideas of memory, impermanence and temporal transdimensionality, which are central to both artists and conceptually permeate their practices. The selection of works that make up the exhibition results from a search for articulation between gestures, materials and surfaces, marked by the passage, dilation and crystallisation of time" (Galerias Municipais)
