The PG is a response to the growing need to qualify human resources in the socio-educational area, at the micro, meso and macro levels of institutions, with a view to running them more efficiently and effectively. In order to improve the proficiency of activities related to institutions in the socio-educational area, the PG, which is made up of two major areas, one in human resources management and the other in education, contributes to better development of education policies and more productive management of socio-educational institutions. Rapid technological progress and the ever-increasing demands of the job market mean that socio-educational institutions need professionals with comprehensive and interdisciplinary knowledge.

Holders of a national or foreign academic degree (bachelor's degree) or holders of an academic or scientific curriculum or professional experience that attests to their ability to carry out these studies. Preference will be given to people with professional experience and who can carry out work in the institution where they work. -
