The digital transformation processes that have taken place over the last decade have been highly disruptive and have led to profound changes in many of the business models that once existed. Starting with the print media, where many publications have had to rethink their business model, with many opting to keep only the online version and discontinuing the paper version, not to mention the music industry, where digital distribution has revolutionized the entire market. Marketing and advertising is another area that is currently undergoing numerous changes at all levels. The marketing of services and products and online advertising are now business areas undergoing a high rate of transformation, not only in terms of the volume of tools available, but also in the continuous development of new and original ways of contacting and attracting consumers. The possibility of constant and personalized monitoring of messages, content remarketing and the ability to generate increasingly effective and relevant consumer profiles through Big Data, as well as the growth of new channels and contexts for interaction between brands and customers are now an unavoidable reality in Digital Marketing. The demand for digital marketing professionals has grown sharply and is considered to be one of the most sought-after professions and is expected to grow even more in the near future. The Higher Professional Technical Course in Digital Marketing at the Polytechnic Institute of Lusophony aims to respond to this demand on the part of the job market for young professionals qualified to work in digital marketing, not only at an operational level but also with strategic skills.

ObjectivosObjectives
Train professionals capable of creating, planning and managing digital marketing products, planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns in different media, channels and platforms, as well as monitoring, analyzing and acting on analytical data. -
CompetênciasCompetences
- Designing media for digital marketing campaigns such as websites, landing pages, emails, e-flyers, graphic elements for social networks and lead capture forms; - Managing social media profiles and adapting actions and strategies individually for each social network, as well as integrated actions with different social networks and media simultaneously; - Creating and optimizing textual content for the web in line with consumer needs; - Creating content for digital media in line with consumer needs; - Implementing and adapting campaigns to the different digital marketing channels; - Develop market research to identify needs and propose different approaches; - Designing and composing images appropriate to the context and target audience within the scope of digital marketing; - Carrying out and planning optimization actions on websites in order to improve their organic positioning in search engines; - Preparing legal compliance analyses for planning digital marketing actions. -
